Group Training

This intense cardio-strength class is designed to challenge you with today’s hottest fitness tools. You will target your whole body with extra focus and attention on your core and functional movements that will help increase your endurance, strength and power in specific sport activities, but also in your regular day. Groups of 6-8 will be guided through a predetermined circut that targets overall strength through functional movements, balance and coordination drills, and core strength, all while increasing cardiovascular¬†endurance. Examples of exercises; plyometrics, TRX training system, olympic lifting, medicine balls, stability balls, steps, dumbells, and bodyweight.
